SEE PREVIOUS PRE-OPENING INSPECTIONS. THIS INSPECTION IS TO REVIEW THE HIGH RISK FOOD PROCEDURES AND EQUIPMENT. HOT AND COLD HOLDING EQUIPMENT IN THE CUSTOMER AREA HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND IS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. REVIEWED ALL FOOD PREP PROCEDURES.
THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS PERMITTED TO OPERATE AS A HIGH RISK FACILITY PER THE AUTHORITY OF THE KANKAKEE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. AN ORIGINAL INSPECTION WILL OCCUR IN APPROXIMATELY 30 DAYS. |
